TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE

 

Warranty

We guarantee our flowers will last for a minimum of 72 hours and our balloons will float/last for a minimum of 24 hours if all of the safety/care tips are met. We recommend having your flowers/balloons delivered or collected on the day of your event to ensure they will be in their best condition for the duration of your event.

We pre-fill all Bubble, Mylar and Orbz balloons 8 hours in advance to ensure they are not defective. Once the balloons have left our door during collection or we have left delivery/setup, the balloons are out of our control and are no longer our responsibility. We will not replace any balloons that have popped or become damaged for free, nor will a credit/refund be given.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds or cancellations for orders and/or services placed on our website, by phone or by email/invoice. We do understand that life can be unpredictable, including imposed restrictions resulting from a pandemic or any other force majeure event, in this case we are happy to work with you in rescheduling your order/services for a future date, provided we are available and it is within one year of your original order date. This does not apply for any changes made less than 24 hours of your original order date.

 

Fresh Cut Flower Care

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Fresh Cut Flowers are extremely sensitive and delicate by nature, we recommend placing your Bloom Box away from UV Rays and hot/cold temperatures. Our Fresh Cut Flowers love a slightly cool environment to keep them lasting longer.

Keep them hydrated. Fresh Cut Flowers will stay fresh and last longer if they have sufficient water, we recommend adding one cup of mineral water, every other day to the centre of your Bloom Box or Vase. 

Grooming and gentle handling. It is completely natural for Fresh Cut Flowers to wilt. Gently peel back the dead petals to encourage blooms to open. Our Fresh Cut Flowers are designed in our Bloom Boxes and meant to stay in there for the duration of their life. Do not remove any flowers as they are happy and secure inside. Keep in mind there is water inside your Bloom Box so always handle with care and avoid tilting when moving.

Infinity Rose Care

Do not water. Our Infinity roses are preserved and have went through a rigorous dehydration process to extract all moisture to keep them looking fresh.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Infinity Roses are extremely sensitive and delicate by nature, we recommend placing your Bloom Box away from UV Rays and hot/cold temperatures. Infinity Roses love being in a room temperature environment to help keep them lasting longer.

Grooming and gentle handling. Infinity Roses are designed in our Bloom Boxes and meant to stay in there for the duration of their life. Do not remove any Infinity Roses as they are happy and secure inside. It is natural for dust to collect on top of the Infinity Roses, we recommend gently dusting them off with a soft brush duster. Do not place anything on top of the Infinity Roses as it can crush and damage the Infinity Roses.

Balloon Care & Safety
Balloons are extremely sensitive and fragile by nature, we strongly recommend the following; 
Keep balloons indoors and away from direct sunlight
Keep balloons away from static and sharp objects
Never leave balloons in their plastic transport bags for more than 1 hour
Never play or tamper with balloons as they can easily pop or become damaged 
Never leave children or pets unattended with balloons as they pose a dangerous choking hazard
Never release helium balloons outside as they can cause fires and power outages
Properly pop and dispose of balloons after use. Latex balloons and weights can be placed into a green compost bin/leaf bag. Mylar balloons and all ribbons/streamers can be placed into a garbage bin.

Average Float Time
All of our balloons are of the highest quality from the leading manufacturers in the world. We treat all of our latex balloons with Hi-Float and fill them with pure helium to ensure they last the longest.
11" Latex Balloons will float for 2-3 days
16" Latex Balloons will float for 3-4 days
24" Bubble Balloons will float for 3-5 days
36" Latex Balloons will float for 3-5 days
36" Gender Reveal Balloons will float for 10 hours
Mylar & Orbz Balloons will float for 7-10 days

Weather

Cooler temperatures causes helium filled balloons to shrink, which can make them appear deflated. This is temporary and will expand again to its original size once the balloons are at room temperature. Please keep this in mind when transporting helium balloons with vinyl decals. Hotter temperatures causes helium filled balloons to expand, which can pop the balloons. We use 100% natural bio-degradable latex balloons which will oxidize quickly in sunlight, heat and humidity. This will give the balloons a matte/velvety finish. Please keep this in mind for any outdoor installations.
